Jenny and Francois Selections Peter Havens Private Dining Room May 22nd at 6 pm $80 a Person (Tax and Gratuity not included) Our dinner will be a tour through the Loire Valley and Burgundy Natural Wines: Organic and Bio-dynamic – least amount of additives possible during the entire wine making process. Jenny and Francois represent small vineyards that adhere to the old-world way of making wine naturally. The winemakers they represent are passionate artisans who apply organic and bio-dynamic methods in the cellar as well as the vineyard.
