October 7th Wedding Expo at Peter Havens

Planning a wedding for next season? Looking for an event space for an upcoming birthday party, wedding shower or rehearsal dinner?

Come to the first annual Peter Havens Wedding Expo! We will be serving food and drink and will be featuring all kinds of local vendors including photographers, flower arrangements, centerpieces and decor, rentals and much more! Enjoy free appetizers and sample wine, take a tour of our private dining room and have a chance for a free consultation with our Wedding Planner!

Bistro Menu cometh 1/1/2016

Happy New Year!! Our popular Sunday Bistro Menu (and even more popular, get-’em-while-they-last Sunday $1 oysters) will begin on Sunday January 10th. Join us for an evening of casual fare. We also serve the regular menu that night, so Sundays are perfect for fancy dining, too.  See you on Sunday night! Wine Dinner! March 30th at 6 pm

Join us at Peter Havens on Monday, March 30th to welcome Kevin McKenna, partner in Louis/Dressner selections and a fount of knowledge on all things Natural Wine (and delicious) in Italy. We’ll pour an eclectic and sometimes surprising mix of wines, paired with house-made charcuterie, home made pasta, and more!

$75 for 6 courses and wines (tax and gratuity additional)

Dora Fosoni’s Poderi Sanguineto Bianco, with house made agnolotti filled with spinach and ricotta

La Stoppa Trebbiolo Rosso Frizzante with arugula salad topped with pecorino

L’Acino Chora Rosso (a new favorite here at the restaurant!) with octopus ragout

Montescondo Rosso Toscana with local rabbit loin in a porcini cream sauce

La Stoppa Dolce Frizzante with biscuit tortoni (a ‘lost dessert’ we are reviving!)

Thanksgiving at Peter Havens

We are taking reservations for Thanksgiving (Thursday, November 27th) dinner. Afternoon and early evening seatings available at 2:30, 3:00, 4:30, and 5:00 pm. The menu will feature Zach’s classic Turkey Roulade with apricot sage stuffing and all the fixings. Other entree options include Salmon Zinfandel and our classic Filet of Beef. Of course there will be plenty of classic, locally prepared pies on offer for dessert!

Meg is planning some special wine pairings in addition to our full wine list and Bryan’s signature cocktail offerings will be available from the bar.
