  • The Oyster Bar is open Wednesday, Thursday & Sunday from 3-9pm and Friday & Saturday from 3-10pm.

  • We have a new location! As of July 2026, we are now open at 36 Elliot Street (the former Brattleboro Books location). We have expanded our menu offerings and have a larger space with more seating available.

    To access The Oyster Bar, please use the door at 36 Elliot St below the diver down flag.

    Reservations are not required for The Oyster Bar. The bar is first come, first serve.

    If you are looking for a seat at our sister restaurant, Peter Havens, you will need to make a reservation or contact them separately. Please see our home page for more information.

Bartender Will is a master at his craft, whether creating a cocktail or recommending from the menu, which only adds to The Oyster Bar’s warm and friendly vibe.
